At La Cerise, even if they still love our beautiful percales, they have been thinking about hemp as an alternative to cotton for a while now for its many virtues: • Ecological: Hemp is a fiber that is naturally sustainable, doesn’t require chemicals and uses very little water. • Qualitative: Soft, mellow and resistant, hemp almost feels like linen. • Made in Portugal: Our hemp is woven, dyed and made in the Porto region, in a network of workshops which have been with us since the beginning.
