o    all data strictly necessary to carry out one of the tasks that Maison Hayoit has set out to accomplish,

More specifically, when you visit our website, the following information may also be collected:

  • The IP address, which is detected automatically by the server during each visit to the website,
  • Information collected through cookies,
  • Information concerning the pages you have consulted on the website.


6.    WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS?

Within the limits set by the applicable laws and regulations, data subjects have the following rights concerning the personal data processed:

6.1.    RIGHT OF ACCESS

If your data are processed by Maison Hayoit, you have the right to obtain the following information:

  • Confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed,
  • The purposes of the processing,
  • The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations. In such a case, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards regarding such transfers,
  • Where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period,
  • The right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing. In such a case, the data of the data subject shall be definitively erased after validation by Maison Hayoit.
  • Where the personal data are not collected from you, any available information as to their source,
  • The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the GDPR and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject,
  • A copy of the personal data undergoing processing. Maison Hayoit shall provide the personal data at the request of the data subject in PDF or CSV format.

If you agree today to provide your data and they are processed for the purpose of Maison Hayoit’s mission, you can always withdraw your consent subsequently. In such a case, Maison Hayoit will explain to you how these data will be erased.
You also have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data in the following cases:

  • The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
  • You object to the processing as is your right (see the point on the exercise of that right in this privacy policy),

  • The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required for the establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims;
  • You have exercised your right to object.

Where processing has been restricted, your personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or a Member State.

You have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you.
You do not have the right to prevent us from continuing to process your data if:

  • It is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you,

  • If the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

6.6.    RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

7.    HOW ARE YOUR DATA STORED?

We store and process personal data for as long as necessary for one of the above purposes, and only to the extent necessary to that end, without prejudice to the exercise of the rights of the data subjects as stated above.

Maison Hayoit uses the Open Source platform Prestashop which offers various modules that comply with the GDPR provisions.

Maison Hayoit thus has an interface that comprises all its registered customers and their personal data. Through this database, Maison Hayoit can transfer the collected personal data in PDF or CSV format to the customers who so request as well as erase the personal data at the customer's request.

The platform operated by Maison Hayoit also enables it to monitor the actions of its customers relating to their personal data. Such monitoring includes the following data: Forename/surname of the customer or customer ID, the type of request (accessibility, consent or erasure of data) as well as the date and time of the action.


8.    WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

Members of Maison Hayoit will have access to your data in order to process your request.

The personal data provided are collected and processed exclusively for internal purposes.

The persons to whom we transmit personal data are mainly assigned to the mission you have entrusted to Maison Hayoit.

If the processing of your file so requires, this privacy policy authorizes Maison Hayoit to share relevant data concerning you with third parties. Only data that are strictly necessary for the execution of the mission of Maison Hayoit will be transmitted.


If your file has to be processed elsewhere in the European Union than in Belgium, and if you agree, the data concerning you and collected by Maison Hayoit may be shared with third parties in other EU Member States.
